Salary: Hourly Rate of $22.00 for 37.5 hours per week.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Our company is looking for a Café Manager, who will be responsible for the supervision of operations, processes, and products of the company. It is important for the company to comply with high quality standards. He/she will supervise the operations, management processes and quality of our products.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurants.
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies, food preparation, industrial and quality standards.
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed in all the locations.
- Negotiate arrangements with franchisees, suppliers and vendors for food and other products.
- Supervise the operations of franchisees.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
- Experience: 2 years of experience in the food industry.
- Languages: Fluent in verbal and written English
