Job Responsibility

Respond to inquiries via telephone, in person, or electronically, or direct them to the appropriate person.
Prepare various documents, including correspondence, reports, statements, forms, presentations, applications, etc.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically.
Photocopy, collate, distribute documents, and manage mailing and filing.
Send and receive messages and documents using fax machines or email.
Maintain office supply inventory, place orders as needed, and arrange for office equipment servicing.
Assist in preparing meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes.
Support administrative tasks such as budget submissions, contract administration, and work schedules.
May sort, process, and verify receipts, expenditures, forms, and other documents.
May oversee workflow for other office support staff.
May perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits.
