We have opening for Restaurant Assistant Manager (NOC 60030) at our “A&W” restaurant Winchester (12233495 Canada Inc.) located at 12005 Main St, WINCHESTER, Ontario K0C 2K0. If you have what it takes to succeed in this healthy environment, then this is a position for you. Responsibilities will include Manage, direct and co-ordinate activities of team members in restaurant and drive thru while following all food safety guidelines and product standards.
Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Duties:
• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Direct and control daily operation
• Supervise 11-15 people
Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend
Salary: CAD $36.10 per hour for 30 to 35 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent

Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS office, MS Outlook
