Main duties:
- Develop Drafting legal documents and correspondence,
- Managing client concerns and questions throughout the legal process,
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information,
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage,
- Maintaining, organizing and update calendar and appointments,
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines,
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, experts, etc,
- May perform other general office work as required.
Qualifications & skills:
- Completion of secondary school is required,
- 1-2 years of work experience in a related field,
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
