BITS-Business Information Technology Solution Inc. is seeking a Computer Network Technician to conduct all the duties of the position. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of the team.

Status: Permanent Full-time. Shift: 35 Hours/Week
Hourly rate: $29 CAD / Hour
Main duties:
- Installing network hardware components and cables,
- Maintaining LAN/WAN data communication equipment,
- Configuring network software and troubleshooting,
- Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks to ensure long-term network efficiency,
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the networks,
- Performing and testing routine system backups and restores,
- Ensuring the network operates securely,
- Providing technical support to customers,
- Collaborating with other members of the IT team and management,
- Performing necessary upgrades to the network infrastructure as needed,
- Executing network traffic and security monitoring software, and optimize server implementation,
- Maintaining information technology equipment including Servers, PCs, Printers, etc.,
- Maintaining documentation of all Network systems utilization and deployments,
- Monitoring the performance of computer systems and networks and coordinating network access and use.
